Pre Sales

A fantastic opportunity for an energetic and driven Pre Sales with an Affinity to both sales and technology functions to progress their career within a highly professional and dynamic technical sales and support environment. Ensuring the planned strategic growth of new business across our Reseller base utilising all the portfolio of products and software and helping scope and deliver a full solution that best fits the requirements of the Resellers end users.

  • Working in a Team/POD of three consisting of an Account Director, Internal Account Manager and Pre-Sales.
  • Report directly into your Account Director with an escalation to the Sales Director and a line into the Technical Solutions Director and CTO.
  • Working from home and office location, including Customer Site Visits, Events and Shows and training events.
  • Within your POD, help win, manage, maintain, and grow Resellers XR Immersive business solution sales across allocated Resellers/Partners base delivering a monthly agreed set team target of net new business with your team members:
    • by understanding and identifying customer technical issues and effectively communicating and resolving these with solutions from the MPH solutions portfolio.
      And or
    • Identify potential enhancements, modifications and upgrades that could benefit a client
    • Work with both the resellers sales teams and resellers technical teams as an overlay/white labelled employee and attend conference calls and site visits aiding the reseller and advising as a technical consultant on the MPH portfolio.
    • Coach/train the resellers Presales and the resellers tech teams by aiding them in end user meetings and end user conference calls, allow them to learn from you. Shadowing your team until they can do themselves.
    • Create and run training workshops and webinars for the technical teams in your Reseller Base on our portfolio and general technology news and best practice.
  • keep yourself abreast of advancements in technology, future trends, and other potential market opportunities.
  • Ensure your Reseller base has updated technical content, white label material and all relevant technical information and tools for them to be successful and meet the quarterly targets your team have set them.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews when requested by your Account Director with your Resellers Management Team. Address any concerns they have if any on service and support etc from MPH. Help in the discussions and agree strategies to grow business together.
  • Keep Market Place Pre Sales tab up to date for each of your 50 Resellers up to date.
  • Teach, advise, and coach your Reseller base to ask the right questions so they sell the right solutions and support packages and stretch across the full MPH portfolio.
  • Help your Resellers and your Internal Account Manager to pull together technical sales proposals and complicated solution quotes when/where needed.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Consultancy customer-facing experience
  • Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience
  • Qualifications to include some or all of the following technologies:
    • Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality would be an advantage.
    • Microsoft Licensing and how it works is desirable
    • Exposure to Azure, more specifically around Virtual Machines
    • MDM solutions such as Intune, Mobile Iron, VMWare WorkspaceOne
    • Understanding of Android Operating System
  • Ability to demonstrate how a solution can fit customer requirements
